You Are Not Broken. You Are Becoming.
Each “no” in dating feels small on the outside—but it can leave a wound on the inside. Over time, those wounds accumulate and form patterns: avoidance, cynicism, paralysis, despair. This event addresses the unspoken trauma of shidduchim—the kind that isn’t visible to others, but is carried silently through every new resume, every half-hopeful phone call. Drawing from Shidduch Trauma, we’ll talk about the pain of being passed over and the slow, courageous work of rebuilding from the inside out.
More than a support session, this event is a place to reclaim your strength and reframe the narrative. You are not behind. You are not defective. And your story isn’t over. Through Torah-based insight and psychological tools, we’ll begin to loosen the grip of shame and awaken the possibility that healing and love are still ahead.
